The winter season is our most popular season and registration will likely close early due to reaching the maximum number of teams we can allow, so do not delay in registering!

Our Winter Recreational League will provide teams with one half court weekly practice (Monday-Thursday) and an 8 game regular season, with a post-season playoff tournament available for top 4 teams in each division for 3rd grade and above. League registration is based on the grade enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year. All games will be played at FieldhouseUSA on the weekends (Friday nights, occasional Saturdays and all of Sundays). Special notes for the winter recreational league:

  • Early Bird Registration – Pay your full team fee by Friday, October 31st and receive an additional FULL COURT practice the week of November 17th..
  • Team and individual registrations accepted, as well as, friend and team requests.
  • Spectator gate admission will be required for all individuals ages 6 & up.
    • Season Passes are available for purchase for $25! Early Bird Sale ends December 7th

  • Max roster size is 12 players. FieldhouseUSA will form rosters to 10 players, if available.
  • Coaches are parent volunteers.
  • Players registered as an individual can expect to be contacted by their coach after the coaches meeting. This is when coaches will receive their team roster.
  • Uniforms are not included with registration fee.
  • Divisions will be formed, if possible, based on the number of teams and with the coaches input.
  • Team schedule requests are accepted by coaches ONLY.
  • Grades can be combined at FieldhouseUSA’s discretion.
  • A team is considered a “locked team” when the full team fee has been paid by the end of registration and no players from the player pool will be added to their team. Any team that has not met the team fee shall be considered an “unlocked team” and will have players added from the players pool at the end of registration.

*A late fee of $15 (individual) and $100 (team) will apply to all who register after the registration deadline and is based on availability.
*A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

**Refund Policy: $30 Administrative Fee charge of the appropriate sports fee prior to registration closing. After registration closes, no refunds for any reason; including, but not limited to any delays, postponements or cancellations due to public health reasons. Refunds will not be given for a participant that did not get a division or practice they requested. We cannot guarantee these requests.

Because we want to make youth sports more accessible to more families. Lowering registration fees helps open the door for more kids to get on the court and be part of the game!

To help us continue offering a safe, clean, and fun environment for players and families, a small gate admission fee will be collected from spectators on game days only.

Gate admission is $6 per person for all spectators ages 6 and up on game days.

Admission is cashless, so please be ready to pay by card or mobile payment.

Players, coaches wearing an official coach’s badge, and children 5 and under will be admitted free of charge.

Yes. We now offer Season Passes for unlimited entry during the current league season.

Early Bird Rate – $25 (available until December 7th!)

Regular Rate – $30 (available for purchase at the gate after the season begins)

Season Passes can be purchased at the front desk during registration hours or at the gate during games. Passes are non-transferable and must be presented at each entry.

No. Each team will receive 2 official badges— for coaches and/or a timekeeper. These badges must be worn for free entry on game days. No replacements will be issued for lost or forgotten badges.

All coaches are required to attend the mandatory Coaches Meeting on Wednesday, November 19th at 6:30 PM. Team fees must be paid in full in order to receive badges.

Coach packet pickup will be available on the following dates:

- Wednesday, November 19th (immediately following the Coaches Meeting)

- Monday, December 1st (final pickup date)

Each team will receive 2 official badges: one for a coach and one for a designated assistant coach or timekeeper. All individuals receiving a badge must be listed on the team roster in advance.

No replacements will be issued for lost or unclaimed badges.

Coaches are usually parent volunteers who have passed a background check. The timekeeper is someone designated to run the clock or keep score. All badge holders are expected to uphold a positive and respectful environment.

All games are held at FieldhouseUSA Mansfield. Most games are scheduled Fridays (6:00p–10:00p), Sundays (12:00p–9:00p) and occasional Saturdays (8:00a–10:00p).

Each team receives one weekly, 55-minute half/full-court (depending on the sport) practice scheduled Monday–Friday between 4:00p–10:00p. Practice slots are assigned youngest to oldest.

We accept team and friend requests during registration, but placement is not guaranteed. Team requests must be submitted at the time of registration.

No, uniforms are not included. Teams will receive instructions from their coach or team coordinator on how to purchase uniforms.
