FieldhouseUSA has given me such an amazing opportunity to be able to build my work experience from the ground up. Starting as a timekeeper when the facility first opened in 2017 to now, a sports assistant, and loving every minute of it. When I come to work I’m excited to see and help all the people who enjoy the facility as much as I do.Madison Springfield, Sports Assistant
I like the company’s direction and I believe our numbers will continue to grow. I believe I can assist with just continuing to make sure that whenever people come enter our facility, they always leave with a smile and nothing but great things to say about the Fieldhouse. I will always make sure that I provide nothing but great customer service.Terrence Clark, Sports Assistant
The most interesting thing about working at FieldhouseUSA Mansfield, is seeing the development of our players as they play throughout the seasons. Kids and their parents are always returning to play and to see how much they have grown in their game is so amazing!Michael Harris, Sports Assistant
Something that surprises people about my job is how unstructured it is and how no shift is the same. I’ve had different tasks each shift and am always learning as I work. Most people go to work knowing exactly what they have to do and they are always intrigued by the fact that no shift is the same and I get excited about that.Kate Kleiser, Sports Assistant
One of the great things about working here is the many different people, coaches, parents, and athletes you get to interact with every day. Everyone’s personalities are so unique and different. I enjoy being a part of my community, watching the adult leagues, and interacting with the sports I love.Markayla Benoit, Sports Assistant
Growing up, I was the kid that was always in the gym working on my game and trying to get better. I love that now I get to be behind the scenes and provide that same space for the next generation of players to get better each and every day. At any time, I can go out to watch kids training, having fun at summer camp, or my favorite, seeing a close game that is coming down to the last shot. It helps remind me of why I am in the position that I am in and what the bigger picture is all about; the kids and their love of sports.Brandon Hebert, General Manager
